Before the booking request.
Is the Marqentra license included in the price?
No. Complete setup is a one-time service. The desired Marqentra edition is licensed separately.
Can the setup also be booked for AGENCY?
Yes. The standard scope includes one client, up to two projects and two autopilots. A more extensive agency structure is quoted separately.
What happens if my server is not suitable?
We will inform you after the feasibility check. Any necessary additional server work or a change of hosting environment is not automatically included in the fixed price.
Are approvals by social-media platforms guaranteed?
No. External reviews, app verifications, account approvals and processing times are controlled by the respective provider. We configure the available access within the agreed scope.
Can I still install Marqentra myself?
Yes. Complete setup is entirely optional. The software package includes installation and user documentation for self-service setup.
When does implementation begin?
After a positive feasibility check, written approval, confirmed receipt of payment and complete provision of all required access credentials and project information.
