We process personal data only where necessary to provide the website, carry out pre-contractual measures, perform contracts, communicate, ensure security or comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the processing, we rely in particular on Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) or (f) GDPR. Special categories of personal data are processed only where a specific legal basis exists.
4. Hosting and server logs
When our services are accessed, IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and technical status data may be processed. This serves operation, troubleshooting and security.
5. Contact, registration and customer account
When you contact us, register or place an order, we process the master, contact, contract and communication data you provide.
Through the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally company and phone number, the selected topic and the content of your message. Processing is carried out to handle your request. Contact and confirmation emails are sent via the email service provider configured in Marqentra.
6. Payments
For paid offers, required payment and transaction data is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We generally do not store complete card or bank details ourselves.
7. Email delivery
Transaction, activation, support and contract emails may be sent via an external email service provider. Newsletters are sent only with consent or on a legal basis.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Technically necessary storage is used to provide functions. Non-essential analytics, marketing or third-party technologies are used only in accordance with legal requirements and, where applicable, after consent.
On the public Marqentra pages, Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-T2CJQHZEKJ is used only after your consent via the MDH Consent Manager. No Google Analytics tag is loaded before consent. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings.
9. Recipients and third countries
Data may be transferred to hosting, payment, email, support, analytics, AI or platform providers where necessary. For transfers to third countries, statutory requirements and appropriate safeguards are observed.
10. Storage period
Data is deleted or anonymized once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention, evidence or limitation periods prevent this. Product-specific periods are stated in the relevant supplement.
